Step 1

When you click one of our sign up buttons, you will be prompted to enter your address to make sure you’re within our service area. We do service select outside service areas at a premium due to the additional travel time and cost of fuel. If you’re not within our service area, you will be added to our database and notified as soon as we service your area. Once determined that you’re in our service area, select the plan that works best for you and you will be required to pay for your first service and begin auto-pay to get on the schedule. You will be billed automatically on the 1st of the month that your next service is due.

Step 2

On your scheduled service day, ensure that your can is empty of all trash until we have stopped by. Leave your trash bin(s) by the road so we can access it. You may have up to one regular-sized trash bag in the can as long as it is tied up and there is no loose trash. We are not able to take your trash, but we will temporarily remove it, clean the can, and place the bag back into the can.

Step 3

We will show up right outside your home with our professional trash bin cleaning system. We will always try our best not to block anyone in – regardless, we’ll usually be finished in about 5-10 minutes or less.

Step 4

We begin the process of killing bacteria and germs in your nasty bin by using high-pressured state of the art spray heads with up to 200 degree water and 3,000 psi, ensuring that we also pressure wash the outside of your bin.

Step 5

We finish off the cleaning process by spraying a sanitizer and deodorizer spray to further combat bacteria and any lingering odors. We typically try to leave the trash can lid open so any residual water or spray can evaporate.

Step 6

You will receive a notification when we have finished and you will be informed if there were any issues with your service. We also ask that you leave us a review on Google or Facebook if you appreciate the job that we did!
